Between Feb. 12-15, representatives from Kennedy & Company, a consultant firm retained by the university to assist in the budget modernization initiative, met with all academic deans and senior administrative leaders across the university to gather their feedback on what is working well under the current budget model and what questions they have about the budget process. The consultants will also present to the Faculty Senate and representatives from the Professional Staff Association and the Association of Classified Employees. The goal is to begin to develop an understanding of what Boise State stakeholders would like to see included as part of its budget modeling in the future and to identify the key decision points for this phase of the project.
