Rico Munn has been named chief of staff to the president of Colorado State University. He served as superintendent of the public school systems in Aurora, Colorado. Munn is a graduate of Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, Nebraska, and earned a juris doctorate from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver.
