At a recent University of Minnesota Board of Regents meeting, members were told the university has seen a nearly 6 percent drop in enrollment, system wide since 2019. It’s part of a nationwide trend: There are fewer high schoolers enrolling in post-secondary institutions. How is the University of Minnesota dealing with these headwinds?
