Bucks County Community College union to hold no-confidence vote on president

The Bucks County Community College Federation of Teachers chapter voted overwhelmingly Tuesday to prepare a no-confidence vote in the leadership of College President Felicia Ganther.

Ganther is completing the second year of a three-year contract and has been at the forefront of changes on campus since arriving at the height of the pandemic in 2021, with the goal of bringing more college students back to school.

But 90 percent of the 97 members of the faculty union cast ballots to hold the no-confidence vote. The actual vote was not scheduled Tuesday.
