Tsai Lu LiuTsai Lu LiuTsai Lu Liu has been named dean of the College of Architecture, Arts, and Design at Virginia Tech. Liu served as the head of the department of graphic design and industrial design at North Carolina State University. He earned a bachelor’s degree from National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan, an MBA from Georgia State University, and a Master of Industrial Design degree from Auburn University.
