I remember talking to Daphne Koller about this circa 2014 (in front of one of those ridiculous fountains in the Swan and Dolphin Hotel at a Sloan-C conference). The Coursera platform, writ large , connects universities, learners, government agencies, megacorporations, and local employers. 2U might; it’s hard to tell right now.
