CSU also wasn’t impacted too much by Proposition 209 because CSU never made totally race-based decisions for admissions. To hear the voices of everyone at CSU, the committee held separate listening sessions across the system for students, faculty, staff, and administrators. In June 2022, CSU held its first-ever Juneteenth symposium.
