Financial Investing Seminar Series

A three-part seminar series on Zoom for graduate students interested in learning more about investing, in conjunction with Fidelity Investments. Please see the schedule below:

Individual Tax Workshops

The Office of the Vice President for Finance (VPF) sponsored Individual Tax Workshops for MIT students and scholars. The purpose of these workshops was to provide general guidance to students and scholars on the process of filing U.S. and MA tax returns. The workshops are not intended to provide individual tax advice.

**NEW** Budgeting 101: Personal Budgeting for Graduate Students

With summer right around the corner, there may be a lot of fun events coming up with families and friends that can lead to more spending. It is important to not lose track of your finances and maintain your budget! So before heading into a summer of good times, be sure to attend our Budgeting 101 presentation on Wednesday, May 10 from 11am – 12pm. This will provide you with the elements of a working budget, how to set realistic budget goals, why you should budget, and expense tracking!
