The text message chatbot engages with students throughout the year and asks them questions about their college experience. When it determines that students could use specific help, it connects them to corresponding on-campus resources, like the financial aid office or the career center. Few are rooted in research.

Like I said, we not only invite student participants, but we fly in. We pay for food, we pay for their transportation from the airport to the airport, so we make sure that they have the really all encompassed, "red carpet experience", if you say so to speak, of what the Ross School of Business and the University of Michigan has to offer.
