From movies in partnership with Multicultural Student Organizations (MSO’s), to a full-on Winter Fantasia dance in Grand Rapids – they have the student activities covered. My favorites have been the various smaller events put on during the week – such as CoffeeHouse or Food Trucks in the Pine Grove.

One of my students did her project on human trafficking. She organized a food and clothing drive for women in the shelter. This student not only gave her time to the cause that she was passionate about, but she was able to raise awareness about the issue at the same time. I have also had students organize their own walks.
