Design and Make a Product: The idea behind this community action project is that students design and make something that raises awareness and provides a tangible outcome. One of my students did her community action project on teen pregnancy, a topic of her choice.

Students might collaborate with a local conservationist to design and develop a tool or method to effectively remove the species from the habitat while preserving and conserving the natural ecosystem.
