I’ll add to this that, so far, we’ve been talking about research, stakeholder engagement, and benchmarking to understand people. I believe the Survey of Student Engagement started tracking belonging two years ago. I suspect that being able to provide those services for students is another good bucket.

It’s a similar process with inquiry & action teams, except that we ask for student input on our action plans and not every action plan needs a budget. I work with the team lead and institutional research to have the equity gap data ready for the team’s kick-off. But change is hard for all the reasons I mentioned.
